announced that it has signed an agreement with Finnish lottery operator Veikkaus Oy to deliver
an enhanced Player Services e-commerce solution, while also extending the support and service
it provides to Veikkaus’ current Internet and mobile platform until 2018.

The Player Services e-commerce solution provides Veikkaus with the ability to take one-to-one
marketing capabilities to a new level, giving Veikkaus full access to all player data from all
channels, including retail, interactive, and mobile, in real time. This omni-channel view of the
player enables Veikkaus to target personalized, accurate and relevant marketing material that
heightens the player experience and extends player loyalty, regardless of which device is being
used to play.
In parallel, IGT will continue to provide the robust and reliable Enterprise Series Anywhere
interfaces to the Player Services solution to allow future expansion of features and game engines.
