NYX Gaming Group Retains TMX Equicom for Investor Relations Services
Under the terms of agreement with TMX Equicom, NYX Gaming Group Ltd. will pay a monthly retainer fee of $7,500 for select strategic communications services. The contract terms is for 12 months and commences immediately. Neither TMX Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in NYX Gaming Group or its securities, and the Company has not granted TMX Equicom or its principals any right to acquire such interests.

TMX Equicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group Limited, and provides strategic communications services to approximately 100 public companies across a diverse range of industries from its offices in Toronto, Calgary and San Diego.
